  • Final cleaning € 150.
  • Refundable damage deposit € 400.
  • Central heating according to consumption € 0.70 per liter of GPL.
  • Electricity included in the price.
  • Air conditioning according to consumption € 0.30 per Kwh
  • One set of bed and bath linen per week included in the price.
  • Cot for babies under 2 years.
  • Swimming-pool opening from 1 may to 9 october 2010.
  • Domestic pets not allowed.

    • Arrival: Saturday from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm
    Departure: Saturday before 10:00 am

     

     

    Booking conditions

    Booking Villa Hyria
    To confirm the booking the owner must receive the deposit for 30% of the property rental. Upon receipt of payment the owner will send the confirmation of the rental. If the deposit is not received within 5 days the option is cancelled. Payment can be by bank transfer.

    Payment of the balance
    The balance for the rental must be paid in full within 40 days before the start of the rental period. If the balance is not received in time, the owner reserves the right to cancel the booking and retains the deposit. Upon receipt of the rental balance, we will send an e-mail with the information to get to Villa Hyria.
